What is the Buc?
The Buc is Buckhead’s on-demand, microtransit service. Think of it as a minibus that comes when you want, where you want. Give us your pickup and drop-off addresses and we’ll provide a few ride options.

When can I ride?
The Buc offers all-day service each weekday:

• Monday - Friday from 7:00AM to 7:00PM

How much do rides cost? 
Rides are FREE to and from the Buckhead and Lenox MARTA stations, and $3 anywhere within the Buckhead service zone.

Can I pay in cash?
Payment options include credit or debit card, which you can add to your account in the Payment Methods section of the app or by calling +1 470-567-4337. We do not accept cash. 

Can I book a ride in advance?
Rides are booked “on-demand”, which means you should book your ride when you’re ready to go. You will not be able to pre-book rides. 

Are wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) available?
Yes! You can let us know if you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle in the app or over the phone.

Safety measures
The Buc is working hard to ensure that every trip you take is as safe and worry-free as possible.

• Novedades sanitarias. Por favor, quédese en casa si le han diagnosticado COVID-19, cree que presenta síntomas o ha estado en contacto con alguien que ha dado positivo recientemente.

• Limpieza periódica del vehículo. Los vehículos se limpian de forma profesional con regularidad, y hemos proporcionado a los conductores material de limpieza para que limpien a fondo y con frecuencia el interior del vehículo, prestando especial atención a las superficies comunes y a las zonas de mayor contacto.
